Reiki Level 1/Shoden

Level I introduces you to the basic principles and techniques of Reiki, giving you a lifelong skill you can use with yourself and with friends and family.

 

The course covers areas such as:

 

• The History of Reiki
• The 5 Reiki Precepts
• Self- cleansing techniques
• Guide to hand positions in Reiki
• How to use Reiki to help yourself
• How to use Reiki to help others

 

The course runs over two days, with a half day a few weeks later. The half day is an opportunity for students to ask questions and discuss anything that may have come up since completing the course.

 

Course groups are small and the emphasis is on gaining practical hands-on experience.
